When you tap the Quick Connect (Not Smart View) it will automatically detect the TV after selecting the TV model. There will be notification on the TV showing phone is trying to connect. Are you able to then select this? As long the TV is ON then the phone can then detect this.

Hi. I found the quick connect app on my phone. Followed your instructions and tried the procedure with both quick connect and smart view. I'm getting the same result both ways.
Hi Kelly. Yes my Tv has recently updated and I am still getting the same problem.
Just wanted to let you know. I think the problem is solved. Seems to be working with smart view now. Hurrahhh
