have a brand new a04s and I recently installed Samsung pay /wallet and and it says that it isn't supported on my device 

If anyone knows why please let me know

Unfortunately, some of our models do not meet the requirements needed to support Samsung Pay. You can find more details on this app and compatible devices here-

As an alternative, you may wish to consider Google Pay.
