Samsung Themes Error When Trying To Purchase.

Hello, I am a user from Romania, I currently have a Samsung Galaxy A5 phone since 2017. I wanted to buy an image from the Always On Display section that costs 0.50 Euros. I connected to my Samsung account, introduced my card but there are two errors when I try to buy.

I've attached 3 screenshots, the 2 errors and the image I wanted to buy. I'm in Romanian but I have translated you what it means: 

First one: The credit card was rejected by the card issuer or a credit card error occurred. (Error: BREFUSED / P / 56DFG)

Second one : An unknown error has occurred. Please try again later (ID_0001MSG_The credit card was declined by the card issuer or a credit card error occurred: (Error: BREFUSED / p / 56DFG) / U40001)

Some banks are cautious when it comes to purchases like these. 

I would first advise to contact your Banks Customer services to ask them to check your account.

To check what? My credit card is fine, I payed a lot of things online whit it.

I'm having the same issue. Are you able now to purchase a theme on your Samsung Theme store?
