I need to  factory reset or change my password form my phone/Samsung Account and I am instructed to switch off the Reactivation Lock in Find My Phone. Except I haven't got one!

What do I do?

Ignore?

Alternative??

Can't find this in any posts!

Thanks,

Howard

When you Factory Reset the phone it'll ask.fkr the Google email address and password associated with the phone.

After you input all that the phone will then open up to either use as a fresh device or download your Back-up @BHSnapper

Current Phone > Samsung Z Fold³ 5G.

Thank you -  that has worked. Now to check that if the keyboard is visible then it disappears if the screen lock is switched on! It's all that Samsung could suggest....
