All of a sudden my clock and notifications for new messages/ emails etc disappear off my locked screen.  Does anyone kniw why? I have the correct settings alwayd in locked screen.  Thanks

Hi @Pamelas1

At this stage please can you check if the following settings are active: Apps > Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Notifications > On > Hide Content > Off > Notification Icons Only > Off > Back > Clock and FaceWidgets > Roaming Clock > On > Where to show > Lock screen and Always On Display.
