I'm facing an issue with my Samsung S9 where it's not being recognized by my PC when connected via USB, despite enabling USB debugging mode and Developer options on the phone. Here are the details of the problem:

- I have a Samsung S9 running on the latest software.
- I've enabled Developer options by tapping on the Build number multiple times.
- Within Developer options, I've enabled USB debugging mode.
- I've tried various USB debugging configurations on my Samsung S9, including data transfer, picture transfer, and others.
- When I connect my Samsung S9 to my PC via USB, I don't receive the usual USB connection notification on my phone that allows me to choose MTP mode.
- However, my phone charges normally when connected to the PC.

What I've tried so far:
- Using different USB cables and ports on my PC.
- Restarting both my Samsung S9 and my PC.
- Installing Samsung USB drivers on my PC.
- Checking Device Manager for any errors (no errors were found).

- I have disabled any antivirus or security software on the pc.

- Testing the same USB connection with a different device (Samsung Galaxy S23), which works normally, indicating that the issue is not with my PC or the USB connection.

Despite these efforts, I'm still unable to establish a connection between my Samsung S9 and my PC for data transfer. Any suggestions or insights on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your help!
