My phone has the red tint or pink hue problem that everyone has been complaining to Samsung about it's covering full screen on phone and is also doing same in all apps when opened along with having burn in issue any help & advice on what to do would greatly be appreciated should I bring phone to Samsung to replace or have them use software tweaks that haven't fixed issue for other people who have red tint or pink hue as it's called

Hi @Singlen3
Is the tint visible when you angle the phone screen away from your direct sight or when you look directly at the screen in a normal position ?
No software update would remove burn in.
Some people don’t actually have burn in but instead have image retention which fades away after approximately 5-10 minutes.
If it is burn in then you’d need to approach the seller / Business who supplied the phone and or locate your most local Samsung Service Location to enquire if they’ll resolve this under the 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty.

Ive seen the new Google xl 2 have this issue and I think the iPhone 10 but ive not seen it on the Samsung.
That said im using the s8 which is smaller so may be a factor in not seeing the tint.
Ive had no burn in etc on mine.
If this is a display issue then as long as the phone has never been dropped and the water sensors havent been tripped then it would be reasonable imo to have the work carried out under the manufacturing warranty.
Of course the final word is with Samsung not me - a fellow customer.
