Recently updated my samsung S8. When i recieve a call i cant hear them speaking properly even though the call volume is very on full. Anyone with the same problem? Or in tips to what to do? Thanks

I had the same problem with my s7. I took it to a Samsung store and they fixed it within 2 hours.

It's always best to update your phone before you take it to the Support Centres. Devices are often Factory Reset as part of the repair process.

my boyfriend had this problem on his j3 it turned out that settings had been changed for internet which 3g etc uses. once that was changed he was able to hear people again. also on his phone it was saying Hd calling. when I phoned him got sane thing, but when I called other people I didn't get it. I think his phone was trying to connect to 5g which his phone is incompatible with.
