Hi @Subi

Thanks for that.

The phones supplied by CPW are unlocked to all networks but they have a different csc code on them to the ones purchased directly from Samsung.

ie the ones from CPW usually have xeu code and the Samsung ones have the Btu csc code on them which can affect the timeframe on updating.

You can check yours by going into the Play Store and downloading phoneINFO.

I'm aware of this because I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s7 edge from them and had my updates much later on them a few years ago.

I hope you get the update soon.

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb.
Samsung Gear s³ Frontier Watch.
Samsung Galaxy Watch⁴ Classic.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I have no affiliation with Samsung.

@Ck2

May i ask....

Where do you live and was the phone supplied directly via Samsung or via a mobile phone network operator  ?

I'm in the UK using a bought direct from Samsung s8 on Oreo 8.0.

Been using it for over a month.
