Samsung S8 => Face/Iris recognition stopped working with Oreo ver8!

Hi, my new S8 has been working fine for a month now using Face and Iris recognition to unlock the phone, but a few days ago I updated to the latest Oreo ver8 and since then whatever I do only the PIN and fingerprint scanner work will unlock the phone. Tried removing all security and adding it one by one and in different orders but to no effect.

Anyone else seen this problem?

Hi yes its still unresolved and still talking to Samsung.

Ive done a full factory reset. After this all was fine. I then did a restore and it stopped working again.

Tried running in safe mode and still no luck.

Now waiting for sansung to do a reemore access...

Any thoughts?
