Samsung s8 buggy scrolling gallery app

Hi all I am having an issue with the photo gallery app.  If I try to scroll the app jitters making it very hard to navigate downwards.   

I found this video through reddit.  I did not take this but this person seems to be reporting the same issue.

Seems to be limited to the Samsung s8 devices from browsing.   Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Although I do not refute what some are experiencing my s8 isn't experiencing that issue !

How many photo's are in your Gallery ?

You could try Settings - Apps - Gallery - Storage - Clear Cache.

Thanks for your reply.  That didn't work though.  Any other suggestions?
