Samsung S8 Answering Machine?

Does anybody know if Samsung S8 has an Answering Machine built-in feature, as Sony Xperia has?

Voicemail is driven by the network. 

Usually a Network has a short Code a person can key into their phone app dialer which turns voicemail on.

So how Sony Xperia did do with their Answering Machine which is not related to networks

I had a Sony Xperia which had a built in feature called Answering Machine that did exactly the same job as the network provider's Voicemail did.However , there are two different things, one which is network driven and the other one which is a built in feature
