Other SmartphonesHi all!
My Samsung S7 Edge is stuck in a bootloop. It previously would get to various stages in the reboot cycle but this most recent occurence of the device crashing is the worst yet.
The device is stuck turning itself on and off. I have tried restarting in 'Safe Mode' but the phone will not respond to the actions and continues in the rebooting/crashing/rebooting cycle. The reboot never gets beyond the first Samsung welcome page you get when you normally turn the phone on.
I have tried to access the menu that gives you the options to 'reboot' and 'clear cache' etc but i get a 'No Command' screen with a dead android and an exclammation mark. I have tried the various button combinations to try and get past this screen but nothing works.
The phone does not power off.
My phone is not seen by my computer when it is connected but it does light up my charger, indicating i hope that it is responding to a charge, though leaving it on charge makes the device way too hot.
The only other menu is the one to install custom OS but i don't want to do that so i leave that screen alone! Just select the restart option.
This problem has happened before but this most recent epidsode has made my phone feel too hot for comfort, irritatingly unresponsive and just plain useless. It has been in a bootloop now for over eight hours.
Hoping i can find some help from the wider samsung community!
Many thanks

Other SmartphonesHavig same issue as baconbowl as well - at the beginning I could get into safe mode for a few seconds but then it would only go into no command blue screen and now it only goes into that screen when I put the phone into a charger and when I do get into recovery mode there are no options...the one time I did manage to get options was after I left the phone unplugged for a couple hours then plugged in and held volume up + power + home for a while then released when the logo came on... But then the volume up and down and power keys weren't working to navigate so now I'm back to away one and it's not even going back into recovery now... Just endless blue no command screen... - I also managed to get the correct driver loaded into Odin on a PC and get the device recognised by Odin in downloadode...but then got a fail because apparently the device needs to be in developer mode before you can flash using Odin.. and I can't get into developer mode because the phones stuck in a bootloop... What a joke

Other SmartphonesI had to finally go to service center and get my device completely flashed.
You need to do the same.

Other SmartphonesThat solution is not right at all!
This is the real solution.
Mine also did the same thing trying to get in recovery mode to wipe cache and ended with NO COMMAND.
The fix is simple. At the screen where the no command comes up just leave the phone alone for 3 minuits and it will boot into the full recovery mode and from there you got all the commands to restart :shut down and what I did was just wipe cache then restart.all Normal again
Thank me now:)

Other SmartphonesHi there,
I don't know what else to do, I've tried several things but nothing works if someone can help would more than grateful.
Some Facts:
S7 Edge stuck in boot and almost no battery on it.
Symptons:
The samsung logo screen appears 3 seconds and then it shows up the android screen that says installing system update, as you can imagine infinite loop.
My power button is broken so my options are quite limited, anyway I reached the warning screen where you can press volume up or volume down to restart the device, by holding the volume down and home buttons, but after landing in that screen I cannot continue, not able to go to the next screen, none of the buttons seem to work. The volume buttons don't respond at all. Am I missing something?
Is there any hope to boot up this phone or it is just a brick?
Thanks
