Hi,
When I plug in my earphones, there is no sound. It is not the earphones as I checked it on another phone and it is working.
Has anyone had this problem?

Sudenly sound stop going through the earbuds only through the phone speaker

Go to Settings... Sounds and Vibration...Volume...make sure Media sound is on.

The problem is the sounds are suppose to come from the two earphones not one but mine only comes from the one on the right as for the left one doesn't have sound I've checked if my earphone was the problem but no it wasn't
