Samsung S7 - Calls to this number are not accepted and other caller just receives a message when they try to ring?

Can anybody explain why my Wife receives a message when she tries to ring me, Calls to this number are not accepted. Her number is not blocked and I have just changed from EE to Vodafone. My Wife is on EE

What message does she receive maybe try deleting the number from the sim and creating it again as a new contact things like that happend when I switched from Vodafone to giffgaff

You should contact EE support, as it maybe a setting on their side

This is if you still have your old number been with the same sim since my first phone had this happen Might be because her phone has not recognised that your number is no longer apart of the EE line each company have the number is put in to there database so when transferring issues like this happen

Yea do that if nothing else works EE in my opinion is notorious but probably because of the area I live in 🤷‍♀️🫡
