Samsung pay after bricked phone

Hello, I recently enrolled in the official samsung beta that completely bricked my s8 during install. I had to drive 30 odd miles to get it restored at a samsung store, since having it done it has gone from a UK EE handset to thinking it's an Italian Vodafone. All the settings say UK yet I can't use android or samsung pay anymore. I called samsung back who said the handset, originally bought through car phone warehouse, is from itally so they won't 're image it. Car phone warehouse say it was Samsung's beta that bricked my phone so they won't touch it either. Any idea how to get it working again as I use samsung pay a lot. I don't really want to have to start carrying my wallet around again as it was a handy thing to do. Never had a problem with it until the handset got bricked. It's all set to UK settings including the play store? Also my built in samsung members app is in Italian so had to download a different one through the play store.

I've purchased a Samsung s7 edge from CPW before and it's main difference was the CsC Code which was xeu which means it's an Unlocked Phone but not supplied by Samsung @Welshwoody83

There was nothing on the retail box or in its settings to show it's origin.

That said I've heard before that CPW can source their phones from other markets etc.

Try downloading the phoneINFO App from the Play Store to see what that says about the phone etc.

You could look to sites like Sammobile and xdadevelopers where there are lots of tutorials and members there who can walk you through putting a custom Rom onto the phone.

But be aware this can occasionally present it's own issues.

I now personally purchase my phones directly from Samsung to avoid having to jump through any hoops.

You're welcome @Welshwoody83

I appreciate adding a Custom Rom isn't for everyone.

I hope you do find a workaround.

I use Android Pay alot and wouldn't want to be without it now.

I downloaded what is supposed to be official UK EE firmware just dont know how to do it , in odin Im given the fields, BL, AP, CP and CSC.

When i open the firmware I have BL, AP, CP and then I have AP, BL, CP and then I dont know whether I use the SCS or HOME_CSC?

Either way I have one more file than I need?
