Hi, I ordered a Galaxy A22 handset on Samsung website with extra delivery charge for before 1045 am delivery but when I contacted Samsung at 1450 pm, after 30 minutes of wait I was told by advisor that wait till tomorrow or when you get the email from us as your mobile is still not despatched and if you didn't get it tomorrow than call us back. I have been told by the Samsung advisor that he cannot say or provide me with a despatch time or date! Really than why are sitting there if you can't answer the question. That is the worst customer services I have ever seen.
Not expecting this from Samsung.
