Samsung pass not working

Hi. Do you know why Samsung Pass is not working on my Samsung s7 Edge duos? Everytime when i open the app, i get an update message, followed by that error: Samsung Pass not available for purchase or not available in your country.

Hey @AlexBfkSamsung Pass is only available on devices equipped with a biometric sensor that supports Android Nougat or later versions. Where are you based? Where did you get your phone from?

Hi, I have the same problem. Today I restored my S7 (G930F) factory settings and can not enable Samsung Pass. When I try, it shows that a new version is available and I have to download it and then the same errors:

Hi, that’s weird, may be could you try to totally reset your phone with Smart switch ?

S8 device here samsung pass not working.. samsung acct working fine and login to samsung pass working.. tried clear cache and data for samsung pass app and tried CCC or clear cache cookies for both browsers native internet and google chrome but samsung pass is not saving the password..

 

Any decent idea... im not planning for reset factory coz its so inconvenient to update apps again..

I did a factory reset on my S7edge originally because I was having a problem with internet. Now everything works but Samsung Pass. I am getting the same notification when I try to download the update. My Samsung account works. I stored a fingerprint. The sensor works for Samsung health. Just Samsung Pass is broken.
