samsung notes app

I have not deleted, hidden my samsung note. It has disappeared from my phone and im unable to redownload. Keep saying unable to download. Tried problem solving nothing working. Any ideas what to do? I had items saved in note cant get to them 😑

backup your phone, everything you have on your phone, and do factory reset, and then restore from backup
