When I go to use the Samsung My Galaxy I complete the fields on the first page but it keeps saying no internet when I am connected tithe internet

Hey @Ste2727!What phone do you have? Is this happening when you're on Wi-Fi or 3G? Can you go to Apps > Settings > Device Maintenance > Storage > Clean Now. After this reboot your phone: Hold the 'Power' & 'Volume Down' buttons until the phone restarts.
