Samsung members app wrong country

My Samsung members app routes me to the levant site not uk. How do I change this?

Few things to check, do you have any mock location apps or VPN's that could cause you to be directed elsewhere secondly try clearing the cache and data for the members app failing that try to uninstall app updates, depending on what phone you have settings may vary

Thanks for the reply. I don't think I've any VPN or a mock location set, at least I haven't installed or run anything like that. I've uninstalled all updates and cleared the data and cache. Nothing works. I've even tried the live chat :shocked-face-with-exploding-head: and they couldn't help. 

 

Think I'll have to access the members forum through the web rather than app

I think it was eBay sometime last year. The phone looked new, in original packaging etc and I put in a UK sim

Go into settings apps and then click the three dots on the top right hand side and reset app preferences to see what that does also would be beneficial to ring Samsung and get them to run the S/N and IMEI to see where the device is from.

I've been told by support that on their phones Samsung gathers country information based of the SIM card country, and when there isn't one on the device it uses the country based on IP address. In tablets, it uses the country you selected when your Samsung account was created.
