My Samsung members app routes me to the levant site not uk. How do I change this?
Thanks for the reply. I don't think I've any VPN or a mock location set, at least I haven't installed or run anything like that. I've uninstalled all updates and cleared the data and cache. Nothing works. I've even tried the live chat and they couldn't help.
Think I'll have to access the members forum through the web rather than app
I think it was eBay sometime last year. The phone looked new, in original packaging etc and I put in a UK sim

No, and Samsung support were completely useless
I've been told by support that on their phones Samsung gathers country information based of the SIM card country, and when there isn't one on the device it uses the country based on IP address. In tablets, it uses the country you selected when your Samsung account was created.
