I recently bought a M32 phone in my country. I see make in India on it and it has a second seal. The first seal obviously broken has India sim only on it, then a second Samsung seal over it. What does this mean? The phone is working fine

Does Samsung Pay work OK and in the Samsung Members App is the benefits section blank or shows benefits ?
