I have an issue where 1 x website crashes out after opening,same on my wife's A71, this is after a recent software update, done a soft reset as advised by Samsung,also spoken with both parties  I.e. Samsung and Toolstation but no joy yet as to why, anyone have any suggestions??

Which website address is it and may I ask which software update was it? 

 

Sometimes clearing the cache and history helps too which if your using the Samsung Internet App this is by pressing the hamburger icon in the bottom rh corner and choosing Settings and then privacy and security and delete browsing data @WeeDode

So this is happening on WiFi and mobile data ?

 

Have you cleared cache , cookies and browsing data which I spoke about  ?

 

Can you check your Vodafone Secure Net if you have this feature.

The toolstation website is working OK on WiFi and mobile data on my phone so it's not the site @WeeDode

no not on Vodafone I have a Sky sim card and yes it happens on both WiFi and data,will try clearing cache and browsing date and see if it works thanks.

cleared cache and browsing history but still the same, bit strange I have an old galaxy tab and the website works OK on that..

Try a different browser app, they all process and block different background scripts depending on their privacy settings and some can break websites, and perhaps cause instability that can crash the page

thanks, will look into this but still feel its something to do with our phones and not the website.

thanks folks, the issue is with Samsung Internet since my upgrade,my home page was set as Google and there is some kind of conflict when accessing this 1 x website, works OK if I use Chrome itself if ye know what I mean
