Hi
I've recently purchased this model. Transfered my data etc from my A40. All working fine for the past 2 weeks until this morning. My folders have disappeared so now my apps are all over the place.
Web pages I had saved in folders to my homescreen have all disappeared.
How do I get this back and any ideas why this has happened 🤔 TIA

Sometimes in the past I've found issues like this have occasionally happened due to how certain things as set upto sync @AngCat 

It can mess things up.
