SAMSUNG J7 PRIME NOT STARTING

I was using my suudenly it closed, I tried to restart the phone but it doesn't . After 12 hrs it restarted and only Samsung logo comes and then a screen comes where it is written "Installing system update" nothing else. Help me to solve this issue !

Try goofing upto Smartswitch to see if this helps.

If nkt and you can't access the phone to factory reset then you may need to let a Samsung Service Centre have hands on with your phone @aayoush
