@help123456789: If you go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi, and tap on your router, is there an IP address populated here? If not, try forgetting the connection, restarting your router by unplugging it at the wall, then re-attempt the setup/connection. If the issue persists, can you try connecting to an alternate Wi-Fi router, as this will help to determine if the issue lies with your router or the phone itself?

Maybe a factory reset may help @help123456789 after you've backed up and removed any relevant Sd card.
That or a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help.
