Hello,

 

My samsung j5 (2015) back and menu buttons have suddenly stopped working.

 

I had Google the problem but no fixed found.

 

There is no led option anywhere when searched in the settings section. 

 

I have reapplied the default settings and I have rebooted the phone completely but this has not fixed the problem.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi,

If a factory reset after creating a back up does not work thrn I'd suggest that you visit your most local Samsung Service Location.
