i bought a second hand j3 and i reset it and it now wont let me past the google sign in

Hi @jez

When a Samsung Phone is Factory Reset it then asks for the Google Credentials used on the phone which is a Security Protocol to protect the phone being used by someone else.

You will need to contact the original owner if you didn't key in your own Google Credentials when you acquired the phone.  

Usually a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Location can reset the phone using special software but they'd only do this for the original owner as far as I'm aware.

How do i reset my phone.  It belonged to my deceased brother.  We dont knkw password
