Hi,
My J3 has seemingly and spontaneously gone funny on me. The screen is black and unresponsive to touch inputs.
However when a call comes in, the screen lights up and responds as it should. The phone has not been knocked or splashed with liquid. The charging indication will work and shows fully charged.
The phone appears to be undamaged apart from not booting up properly.
I've tried the suggestions of the internet and the result is the same, apart from rebooting into "Odin" mode. I do not want to have to install custom firmware, as I will lose all the information not backed up to the SIM card.
I have tried for the last 24 hours to find a solution, but I am stumped. Does anyone know what has gone wrong and what to do about it?
