Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ Fast Charging Issue

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ six months ago. Recently I started noticing an issue. When I charge it using the 15W charger that I got in the box of the tab, for the first few seconds it shows "Fast Charging", then it turns to 'Charging'. After so many experiments, I did the factory reset my tab. But now also I'm facing the same problem.

With android 13, the wording was changed. It shows fast charge, super fast charge, etc.... For a few seconds and then changes to just charging

Device will still charge at correct rate but just says charging

My Galaxy Tab S7+ has also stopped fast-charging - it no longer displays the 'super-fast charging" option in the More Battery options screen & takes more than 3 hours to charge from it's low battery state
