Samsung Galaxy S8 mic not working randomly

After connecting to a bluetooth device or even earphones, the mic doesn't work at all. Only after restarting it works again, but only after a connect it to a external source. Come on! I don't wanna restart my phone everytime after I connect my earphones... sent an error report to Samsung almost a week ago, no answers so far. Very disappointed with the follow up. Bought it from O2 store, and when went there to explain my problem, they said: this is not our problem, is Samsung's.

Well that's not very helpful from o2 !

As they provided the phone as the seller it's them.thst actually apply the 24 month warranty and have a duty of care to help. 

Check out the sales of goods act which I can link to I'd you want. 

Also a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can help too. 

Or o2 can send it Off to be looked at but if your within in applicable cooling off period insist on a replacement.
