Hello fellow samsung users, I have a problem (uh oh big surprise there) my Galaxy S7 only charges when the phone is completely off. In other words when it is on and I insert the charger it doesn't detect it. Has any experienced a similar issue and resolved it? If so how? If not any advice? (Yes I've done every kind of reset the phone has to offer)
