Bought this phone from virginmedia on a 2 year contract at the end of November 2016.
The problem is I can blutooth media files to other samsung mobiles, but not to other makes/brands.
Virginmedia mobile support were unable to sort the problem in a 3 hour Remote Assist telephone session either.
They said it was a known issue and advised me to contact samsung support.
My £650 S7 cannot blutooth media files to my husbands £450 sony xperia X.
Both phones are flagship models and cannot communicate with each other via blutooth.
Has anyone else had similar problems and/or do they know if there is a fix out there please?
We would both be very gratefull. This is my first post and I have had a good look about the site and have not found anything that might help, thankyou
