Please ensure your camera lenses are wiped clean and are not damaged and then ensure you have no pending software updates.
You can clear the cache in Settings, Apps, Camera, Storage, Clear Cache.
If your still experiencing issues then use the phone's diagnostic tools in the Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.
There is also a test via the phone's phone app and dialing *#0*#
A Samsung Service Centre can check out the phone too.
