As the title says, my samsung Galaxy s10 has been making a two-tone chime noise at random times. I have my phone on silent, I turned off the NFC, I have all sounds muted under settings, but still nothing works. It happens when I'm connected to wifi, bluetooth, 4g, 3g, and when I'm not connected as well. I'm at a total loss.

You are a God send.  That worked for me.

I had tried everything the last few months and nothing had worked . Thank you

This was my fix, somewhat painful. (Had NOTHING to do with notifications)

Removed ALL apps.

Rebooted in safe mode (google for instructions)

Rebooted in normal mode, problem gone

Reloaded apps a few at a time, but the all got reloaded and the problem stayed gone.

Bingo, that's it. Deleted the app and the sound has gone. Thank you.

I uninstalled "Bazooka Boy" game, beeping seems to have stopped. That was the only app I had installed recently...been about a week ago, beeping just started today...

This is so common, there's an app for this!

In the Galaxy Store: Nice Catch
It's highly rated and for this very purpose.  This seems like a much shorter solution.  Mine would buzz in do-not-disturb mode between 6am and 6:30am.  Not at the same minute though.  Getting the app now.  Hope it helps.
