Hi @iamjahid

If there is a software update available your phone should advise you itself via a pop up. 

However a person can manually check usually by going into Settings-Software Update-Download Updates Manually. 

Your phone will then check it's servers to see if an update is available or not.

Yes this update is available and 100% downloading is completely but it can't installations not successful! ERROR!!
