Hi I wonder if anyone can help me with the following problem. I have a rather old Samsung Galaxy Core Prime which has served me well up until this morning. I now find that the phone is stuck on the logo screen and will not come off it. I have tried soft reset, recovery mode and removing the battery and reinserting it but still nothing. I wonder if in fact I have been doing this correctly. I have also tried installing Odin 3 on this laptop and running it to update the phone software but this computer operates on Windows 10 S mode and therefore refuses to open the zip file as it was downloaded from a non-Microsoft source.
