Samsung F41 Speakers

Hi,

My dad has Samsung F41 and the speakers have suddenly started giving problem. As in, when he plays anything on phone the volume is too low. Same is when he puts a phone call on speaker, but on phone or external earphones/Bluetooth speakers it's all good. Has there been any known issue as such with other users too?

Sounds and vibration
Volume
And check volume levels

Thanks Steve ! I should have mentioned he has already checked the volume, it's set to high yet the speaker doesn't let enough sound out , which was working well. And there has not been any phone drops or accidents in recent days.
