Samsung cloud not syncing memos and bookmarks on S7

Hi!

Can anyone help please? I am trying to transfer my Samsung book marks and memos from Samsung galaxy S7 to Samsung Galaxy S10. Eebn though I am signed into samsung cloud on S7, and have auto enabled sync, the toggles to sync bookmarks and memos is set to disable. When I choose, sync now, it says "Sync is currently experiencing problems. it wil be back shortly." I have removed the samsung account, restarted phone and added account again, but nothing works.

How can I get this to work?

Far as I am aware, from samsung they are no longer going to have samsung cloud. U will need to back everything on one drive.

Thanks for your reply. I have over 500 bookmarks and memos. How can i easily transfer them?
