Samsung Boost - Claim offer

I am trying to claim the Google play points offer and keep getting the same error message which states that there are no offers available and to try later. Tried reaching out to customer care via webchat and was told to ring promotions teams who then asked me to go back to customer care - none the wiser... any help?

I remember recently when people received the offers via email from Samsung that the links contained within were not working properly for eligible phones. 

Some found it worked via clearing the caches,  cookies and browsing history and following the direct link via their internet browser.

Keep trying. 

Some couldn't get this resolved but persevered and got their choice completed.

Seems like an issue with Samsung... my wife has the exact same error and mate of mine bought the flip phone and same error.... when I ask around seems like a known issue but nothings been done... thanks for the suggestion though

When I purchased my Fold ³ I chose the YouTube Premium for 4 months which worked fine to claim however I've not tried for the other options.

You must be the lucky one... maybe the problem is while selecting Google play points

i use duck duck go and links don't work.  switched to samsung browser and they did
