Hi @BenMoore

Can you elaborate a little please ?

Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

How did you initially get the phone unlocked @BenMoore ?

Got unlatching code from o2. Code no longer works. Have asked o2 again but they can only send me the same code.

This is confusing because when a phone is unlocked properly so it accepts any Networks Sim Card it will not Re-Lock even if a Factory Reset is performed.

Can you try another active Network Sim Card in the phone ?

Unfortunatley Samsung wouldn’t be able to help regarding its locked / unlocked status on a Branded Phone i.e phone supplied by a Network.

You’d need to keep speaking with o2.
