Samsung A52 won’t make calls

Hi there,

My daughter has a Samsung A52 it’s always been fine. Though last week she said she can’t make calls to me it seems she can only call me when in the house when the phone is connected to house wifi.

Bizarre as it’s not Whatsapp it’s actual phone calling. I confirmed bills all paid and up to date and had a browse about settings to see if anything obvious on there that could be causing it. Switched phone on and off too. Would so appreciate your help. She has lots of data tho again I am referring to her making normal none wifi calls she has unlimited calls and messages. ❤️

As a process of elimination can your daughter put her sim card in another phone and then see what happens  ?

Also if possible put another sim in her phone.

Perhaps use each others phone's to test @Lea  

This will help to rule out sim card issues,network issues and a phone issue.

It could be a case of mast issue where she was trying to initiate a call to you.

The phone will have a diagnostic tool in the Samsung Members App under the GetHelp section.
