Hi my a52 camera keeps saying failed . Vodafone said to force stop camera and clear cache & data . (Without deleting pictures) force stopped fine , but can't turn it to android mode? The phone has no actual home button so can't press that when off . They said turn off phone , then hold the power and the up volume with the home button once the Samsung logo shows release the power button! It doesn't work and I'm missing valuable memories because my phones not working ....I've had it a month and I'm out of the cooling off! Surely it's faulty but with no insurance they don't want to know! Grrrrr.
