samsung 8 bluetooth

Is there anyone out there that can help me ,i cannot connect any bluetooth devices to my s8 old or brand new ,it can see the devices but will not connect and comes up with error message but will connect ok to my daughters and other peoples phones no problem

yes and dosnt make any difference

yes even a brand new pair out of the box ,connected first time on daughters phone but not on mine

found a way round the problem ,boot into safe mode ,pair bluetooth items as normal ,then reboot as normal all paired ok
