I recorded concert videos last year and the audio was absolutely flawless, but I recently recorded another concert video and the recorded audio seems to only play on one channel. I moved the video file to another device and the issue still persisted. Should I just go to a service center or do you guys have advice on how to fix this?

I assume there is no debris in the ports etc ?

 

Perhaps go over to your dial pad and type in *#0*#, this will bring up a number of tests.

 

A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre would be able to run a diagnostic test.
