Is anyone else having the same issue.
The sound is totally distorted through headphones but is perfect if listened through phone speakers or Bluetooth. I have checked the headphones on other devices and they sound fine.
Can you try another set of headphones in your phone ?
By using a torch can you see if there is any debris in the jack port but don’t go prodding in there !
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Location can look at it for you too.

I can confrim the same thing after my oreo beta update. The sound is distorted with different headphones or even no headphones. I can also confirm that a simple restart will fix it. Its just annoying you have to restart your phone every time.
Same issue here. This appears to only be occuring after disconnecting from a bluetooth audio source. I have to restart my phone each time i disconnect from BT.
