S8 Weather app error

Only after buying galaxy s8 brand new and weather app on phone will not work. Keep receiving this message. Restarted phone turned location on and off. Works fine with maps but not weather

I'm using the Note8. My weather app stopped working today at approx 15.30 tried everything but no joy. I think it's an error online and not our handset

I'm so glad we didn't spend hundreds of pounds on these phones......... Oh wait a minute. I think the S8 and Note8 support is appalling considering the cost. Very few updates, buggy firmware and now this

Are you having the same issue so? I only bought my s8 today and having issue since. Do you get the same error message showing up?

Yes exactly the same message. Worked fine until this afternoon. I think it's an online error not the handset. Personally I'd set your phone up as normal and just wait to see what happens. I've reported the problem to Samsung.

No I am new to this facility and am trying to improve the weather app display to make it easier to see. On my galaxy S8 it is very faint.
