My s8 is playing up I have factory reset it 3 times since owning it in October 2017
The issues I am having are as follows;
Gallery doesn't show all of my pictures
Camera doesn't save to gallery (randomly)
The phone won't check for software updates
The play store won't install apps without first closing the app and reopening it - repeat for every single app.
The phone sometimes won't ring out first attempt so have to keep trying to dial out or wait a while.

May I ask has the phone ever been dropped ?
Has the phone possibly had water get inside it ? Check the water sensors have not been tripped- one is usually in the sim card tray.
If any of the above applies then Samsung will possibly say the phone manufacturing warranty is voided.
