My touchscreen has stopped working today. I cannot unlock my phone. I have tried multiple reboots (power button and volume down together for 10 seconds) but still back to the core problem of not being able to unlock the phone.
Do you have any type of screen protector that might be causing this _ it's very rare that they do buymt I thought it worth mentioning.
If your still unable to use the phone then I'd suggest to visit a Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre.
